This is the recipe I use when I make Teriyaki Chicken. It's a family favorite in our house.
8 - 10 pieces of skinless chicken
1/2 C soy sauce
2 T sucanat or brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 teaspoons full of chopped garlic
Layer the chicken in the crockpot. Then mix the ingredients in a small bowl (I use my 2 C measuring cup) and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 1 hour and then turn down to low and cook for another 6 to 7 hours.
