Oven Fried Chicken

This has become a family favorite recipe.

1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/4 C flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp season salt
1 egg,beaten
1 tbs milk
1/4 C butter
3 lbs chicken breasts

In a bowl (make sure your bowl is big enough to lay a chicken breast in it to coat it)combine egg and milk and mix until well blended

On a plate combine,flour,cheese,paprika and season salt,mix with a fork.

Melt butter

Take breast dip into the egg,milk mixture and then drudge through the dry mixture until well coated,set in baking pan. Keep going until add the chicken is coated and in the baking pan.

Pour melted butter over chicken and place into a oven preheated to 350*F and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Stick your meat thermometer into the thickest part of a breast and make sure it reads 180* before taking it out of the oven.
