My workouts

I thought I would share with you what I like to use for my workouts. I do have the firm series and they are very good,and the series that I have has many options so you don't get bored.

But I wanted to talk about the walking away the pounds series that I have. I love this series. It's not just for those of us that have a little extra weight we would like to use it's also a good cardio workout. You can also do this workout in your dress if you like in the privacy of your home.
