Wednesday - Soup Beans,corn bread

Thursday - Beef Roast,creamy mash potatoes,peas,green beans and sliced tomatoes

Friday - Open Face Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches,leftovers and sliced peaches

Saturday - Beef and potato stew,buttermilk biscuits

I am using only one meat item from our freezer this weeks. The rest of this weeks including tonight's dinner was made using leftovers.
