Sunday - Chicken Fried Rice
Monday - Crock pot Deer Roast,mash potatoes,gravy,corn
Tuesday - BBQ chicken,bake potatoes,tossed salad
Wednesday - Baked deer steak,french fries,green beans
Thursday - Pancakes and eggs
Friday - Soup and sandwiches
Saturday - Sweet n Sour Chicken,rice,mixed veggies
I have alot of chicken and deer meat in the deep freeze and a tight budget this week. Soooo I'm using up what we have on hand for most of this menu. Plus we are trying to steer away from so much processed foods a little at a time for health reasons. What you see is from scratch all but the french fries I had a bag left in the deep freeze and I decided to use it up this week.

Sounds good to me. I'm trying to change the way we eat too & get back to more cooking from scratch.
